CRITICAL: We NEVER collect, transmit, or store your private wallet keys. They remain encrypted locally on your Android device hardware.

Your data is strictly used to facilitate P2P transfers via UID, prevent fraud within the ecosystem, and authenticate secure connections to our VIP Liquidity Pools.

3. Data Sharing

Izarno does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with verified law enforcement agencies upon receiving a valid, binding global subpoena.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Izarno Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not reside in any jurisdiction under global financial embargoes to use Izarno.

2. Irreversibility of Transactions

All blockchain transactions, including internal P2P transfers executed via UID, are mathematically irreversible. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient UID or wallet address before confirmation.

3. VIP Secret Pools

Yield generated from VIP Secret Pools depends on market arbitrage opportunities. Izarno does not guarantee fixed returns, and participation involves inherent market risks.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any UID immediately without notice if we detect suspicious activity, money laundering, or violations of our AML policies.

Izarno implements a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to prevent illicit financial activities on our network.

1. Verification Tiers

Tier 1 (Basic): Allows crypto deposits and internal P2P transfers up to $1,000 daily. Requires email verification.

Tier 2 (Full KYC): Unlocks unlimited P2P, external withdrawals, and VIP Pool access. Requires National ID/Passport and real-time biometric selfie verification.

2. Transaction Monitoring

Our AI-driven heuristic engines monitor all on-chain withdrawals and internal P2P node connections in real-time. Any transaction flagged for mixing services or dark-net association will be automatically frozen pending manual review.

Authentication

All API requests require an API Key and a Secret Key hashed via HMAC-SHA256. API keys can only be generated by Tier 2 KYC verified accounts inside the Android App settings.
